Managing your subscription
Access billing from the sidebar menu → Billing. Here you can:
View account status
See your current plan, trial days remaining, and property capacity.
Upgrade your plan
Start a subscription or add more property capacity.
Access Stripe portal
Update payment method, view invoices, or cancel subscription.
How property capacity works
Your total capacity corresponds to your subscription properties.
Upgrading your plan
Starting a subscription
- 1. Go to Billing page
- 2. Select number of properties you need
- 3. Choose monthly or annual billing
- 4. Complete checkout via Stripe
Your trial will end and paid features begin immediately.
Adding more capacity
If you have an active subscription and need more properties:
- 1. Go to Billing page
- 2. Increase the property count slider
- 3. Confirm the change
Upgrades are prorated. You're charged for the remaining billing period.
Reducing capacity or cancelling
Before you downgrade
Make sure you have fewer active properties than your new capacity. If you have 5 properties and downgrade to 3, you'll need to delete 2 properties first.
Reducing subscription capacity
Go to Billing → decrease property count → confirm. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling subscription
Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel there. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Invoices and receipts
All billing is handled through Stripe. To view invoices:
- 1. Go to Billing page
- 2. Click "Manage Subscription" (opens Stripe portal)
- 3. Navigate to Billing History
- 4. Download any invoice as PDF
Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Some regions may have additional options like Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
We don't offer refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and data remain for 30 days after cancellation. You can reactivate anytime during this period. After 30 days, data may be deleted.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes! Contact support or use the Stripe portal to switch billing frequency. Switching to annual saves you 2 months per year.
