Daily Summaries
Daily summaries are morning messages that give cleaners and hosts a quick overview of the day's jobs. Everyone starts the day knowing exactly what's happening.
Two types of daily summaries
🧹 Cleaner Summary
Sent to each cleaner listing their jobs for the day. Includes property names, times, and addresses.
🏠 Host Summary
Sent to you with all jobs across all properties, including confirmation status.
Cleaner daily summary
Each morning, cleaners with jobs scheduled for that day receive a summary message via their preferred notification channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).

Host daily summary
You receive an email summary each morning showing all of today's jobs across all your properties.
Example host summary:

When summaries are sent
Default time
Daily summaries are sent at 7:00 AM in your account timezone.
Cleaner summaries
Sent at the time configured in Settings, in the timezone of the property they're cleaning that day.
No jobs = no summary
If a cleaner has no jobs that day, they won't receive a summary message. Similarly, if you have no turnovers, you won't get a host summary.
Configuring daily summaries
To change summary settings:
- 1Go to Settings from the sidebar
- 2Find the "Daily Summaries" section
- 3Adjust the summary send time
- 4Toggle cleaner and/or host summaries on/off if desired
- 5Click Save Changes

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I disable daily summaries?
Yes. In Settings, you can turn off cleaner summaries, host summaries, or both. Job notifications for individual turnovers will still be sent.
What if I have multiple properties in different timezones?
Cleaner summaries are sent based on the property timezone. If a cleaner has jobs in multiple timezones, they receive the summary at the earliest timezone's summary time.
Do summaries include photos?
Cleaner summaries include a link to upload completion photos (if you've enabled photo uploads). Host summaries show jobs that have received photos.
